Ingredients:
- 1 or 2 boxes of instant Cheesecake pudding
- 1 pound cake loaf
- Strawberry Preserves
- Fresh strawberries, chopped
- Fresh blueberries
- Whipped cream
Mix up pudding as directed on box and chill until set. Cut pound cake into ¼- ½ -inch thick slices. Cut each slice into the shape of a circle to fit into the bottom of a ramekin. Put about a tablespoon of strawberry preserves on the pound cake; fill with chilled pudding and place in refrigerator. Before serving sprinkle with chopped berries, top with whipped cream and more chopped berries. Deliciously simple and wickedly good!
