One of Matthew David Stewart's attorneys disbarred

SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) - One of the attorney's representing the man accused of killing an Ogden Police Officer has been disbarred.
Jonathon W. Grimes is accused of stealing money from a client between 2005 and 2007.
Grimes is currently one of four lawyers representing Matthew David Stewart.
Stewart is accused of killing an Ogden Police Officer during a shootout at his home in January.
Grimes say he will continue to work on the Stewart case in whatever way he can.
Grimes can re-apply for bar admission in five years.
