MORGAN, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Police say a convicted sex offender out of Morgan County kept an odd room inside the guest house on his sprawling estate.

Scott Gollaher faces one count of sodomy on a child, four counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child, and ten counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

Investigators say Gollaher's guest house featured a small room behind locked glass doors, which connected to another double locked room, lit by windows on a garage door that didn't open.

A preliminary trial on one of Gollaher's child sexual abuse counts has been set for January.

Gollaher already served a 16-year sentence for child sexual abuse from 1996 to 2011.
