ROY, Utah (ABC 4 News) - A naked man was apparently caught touching himself inside the girl’s locker room at Sand Ridge Junior High School Tuesday afternoon.

“That is appalling. I think that is disgusting especially when my kid goes to school here,” said Brad Jacobs.

The incident happened at the school on 2075 West 4600 South.

The suspects name is Brian R. Lee. The 46-year-old man is from Sunset, Utah. He’s in the Weber County jail charged with lewdness and trespassing.

There were no girls inside the locker room when Lee was apparently found at 3:00 p.m. April 12.

A female track coach found Lee.  She says he was completely naked. She contacted the male track coach and together they confronted a clothed Lee in the locker room.

Sgt. Curtis Gibson of the Roy City Police Department says Lee tried to get away, but the male track coach physically stopped him about a block away from the school where he was later arrested.

Shaylee Eggen graduated from the school, “I’ve never felt in danger or anything like that at Sand Ridge. At least he got caught.”

Police were still investigating how Lee got inside the school when this story was published. ABC 4 will continue to ask this question and post the answer here when it is made available.

Stories from ABC 4's archive indicate Lee may be a repeat offender.  He was caught in a bathroom at Brighton High School.  Cottonwood Heights police arrested Lee and he's well known in Davis County, but he has not been put on the sex offender registry.

I currently attend Sand Ridge Jr. High and its way too easy to get into the girls locker room but you have to know what you are doing and how the school is. I havent been in the girls locker room because im a boy. but I know that the door to get directly into the girls locker room is never locked.

I have a daughter that attends this school, this is disgusting this happens to her school let alone, the school doesn't really provide any security because I myself have gone into school it's amazing how easy it is for any adult just to mingle in with students let alone wander around without being questioned. The attendance secretary has limited view of who goes and leaves. This isn't the only thing that's happened at this school, several times some sickos will be driving by trying to get girls into their cars its really disturbing. They only have 1 off duty cop that shows up once in a while, the doors isn't locked, what does this tell me? My child isn't safe in this school at all because anything can happen.

I forgot to mention that the SLC incident took place in 2009.

I did an internet search on this guys name. Guess what??? He did the same thing at a SLC high school!!! That time he hid in the girls locker room for 3 hours watching numerous girls change their clothes. His explaination that time was that he took a wrong turn and went into the wrong bathroom. It took him 3 hours to figure that out? The authorities need to put a stop to this creep. NOW!! Eventually he is going to take action and physically hurt someone.

Again, all schools in Utah should have a closed campus. I went to school (K - 12) in So. Calif and we had closed campuses. We didn't feel like we were in jail. This was the way it was - it was school and we were there to receive an education, not have a free pass to come and go as we pleased or leave campus for lunch or whenever we wanted as it is in Utah schools. This makes it safer for the student as I see by the posts anyone can go into a school campus and travel around freely. I know from personal experience here in So. Utah I was able to go into the high school my son attended and was not once stopped by and/or questioned by a school official. This is unacceptable. These are children and they are to be in school. The school provides lunches or the child may take a lunch to school. If there is a reason to leave campus for any reason, notification by parent (written) is mandatory!! Don't tell me again these kids have a right to leave campus - this again is why we are lagging behind the rest of the world. What's more important - your child's safety or your thinking 'it's the child's right' to leave campus for that big mac?

This is not his first time. 15 to 20 years ago he was on the news for the same type of thing. He grew up in my hood.
