Millcreek Bank Robbed at Gunpoint, Suspect Flees

MILLCREEK, Utah. (ABC 4 News). A Chase Bank in Millcreek was robbed at gunpoint on Monday.

At about 2 p.m., Unified Police Department received a call of a bank robbery at the Chase Bank on 1306 East and 3180 South in Millcreek.

The suspect, a Caucasian male, entered the bank and gave a note with a demand for money to the teller. He also pulled out a hand gun from an orange and black backpack.

The teller gave an undisclosed amount of money to the suspect who then fled from the bank.

He was last seen driving away in a white, late model four door sedan with an Arches license plate on back.

No one was injured during the robbery.

The suspect had a thin build and was wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and a black, red and grey baseball hat. He is considered armed and dangerous.

Photos of the suspect are being released in hopes that he may be recognized. If anyone has any information as to the suspect’s identity they are asked to contact the Unified Police Department at 801-743-5890.
