RECIPE: Ingredients
Cupcakes:
1 pkg. white cake mix
+ all ingredients listed on box
½ cup Irish cream flavored coffee creamer
Frosting:
3 Tbsp. Irish cream flavored coffee creamer
½ cup butter, softened
½ cup cream cheese, softened
¼ tsp. salt
2 cups confectioners sugar
green food coloring (optional)
Instructions
Cupcakes:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Prepare cake mix as package instructs, replacing 1/2 cup water with the Irish Cream coffee creamer.
Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full. Bake according to package instructions.
Allow cupcakes to cool before frosting.
Frosting:
Combine butter, salt, cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, food coloring, and coffee creamer. Pipe onto cooled cupcakes.
