Why didn't the roommate tell the police that he had a bad heart and that he was scheduled for heart surgery before the police killed him. Also why couldn't the examining doctor tell police that he had heart trouble? Seems like both parties should be charged with withholding evidence that could have prevented a homicide. (Utah still hold the record for deaths that involved unarmed citizens being repeatedly tased and killed).
