Kearns foster mother charged with sex abuse against teen foster sons

KEARNS, Utah (ABC 4 News ) - A Kearns foster mother is charged with seven counts of sexual abuse involving her two teenage foster sons.

The charges against Delshawn Renee Little, 32, include rape, forcible sodomy, and lewdness. The charging documents allege the abuse happened at Little's home in Kearns over the summer with the 17 year old boys.

Milana Lebrea Jennesse, 35, was also charged with four counts of unlawful sexual miscondust with the boys. On one occasion, the teenage boys allege that they joined the two women in Little's room and engaged in sexual activity.

Little is booked into the Salt Lake County Jail on a 150-thousand dollar bond.

The Utah Divison of Child and Family Services says they will aid police in the investigation.

Obviously Shiznaw has no children; or perhaps no brain. These boys ARE victims whether close to aging out or not. So in essence this person is saying that since the boys are almost 18, they are not victims. She should be sentenced to the maximum in jail. No child deserves to be abused in that manner. Hopefully those boys will receive the help and support they need.

I know both of these women, Delshawn in particular. I'm siding with the boys. These are not her first foster children, the home she keeps is a hell hole, drugs, booze, sex. It's all there. Only reason why I never opened my mouth is because I never had physical proof but I can guarantee that these boys were miserable in this home. Regardless if they were active particpants or not NO MAN WOMAN OR CHILD should be treated this way especially by an adult who is supposed to look after you. I hate her more than words will ever describe and she belongs in jail, maybe now she will sober up and get a grip on reality!

No harm, no fowl. Give the girl a slap on the wrist, ban her from ever being a foster parent again, and move on with life. I'm sure the 17 yr old kids who are just 1 year shy of aging out of the System need more support from the Government, than being labeled as victims.
