HOLLADAY, Utah - (ABC 4) - The jogger who was nearly killed in a high-speed chase spoke out Sunday night. She is grateful for the off-duty officer who risked his life, by putting his truck in the way of a suspects high speed vehicle, so that she would not be hit.
