Jaywalking results in fatal accident

SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) A 25-year-old male died after being struck by a pickup truck near Pioneer Park.
The accident victim was crossing 400 south at about 8:55 p.m. when he was hit.
The man was transported to a nearby hospital and pronounced dead there.
Salt Lake City Police said there will be no charges against the driver of the pick-up truck since they had the right of way.
