6. Basic Grey “Loved” paper: 3 ½ x 5 ¼, 4 x 6
7. Basic Grey “Test Sheet” paper: 3 ½ x 6, 8 ½ x 6, 8 ½ x 6
8. Basic Grey “Port” paper: 8 ½ x 6, 10 ½ x 6., 1 ½ x 6, 2 x 6
9. 18” Three different ribbons.

12. One 2 ¾” x 5”, one 3 ½” x 5”, one 5” x 5”, one 4 ½” x 7” photos
G Front: 4x6 Arithmetic paper, Chipboard for year & grade # (the “O’s” are punched from the word “school”)
G Back: 4x6 Home Room paper
R Front: 6 ½ x6 Elementary paper, 3 ½ x 5 ¼ red paper, 2 ¾ x 5 photo, write thought on curve
R Back: 3 ½ x 6 test sheet paper, 4 x 6 red paper, “school” chipboard, 5 ½ x 6 Elementary paper cut in strips with journaling (this year, I hope you …)
A Front: 8 ½ x 6 test sheet paper, 3 ½ x 5 photo, “+” chipboard, tie two 6” ribbons to right side
A Back: 8 ½ x 6 Port paper, 5 x 5 Arithmetic paper, student chipboard, “Favorite Activities” in your child’s handwriting
D Front: 10 ½ x 6 Port paper, two 3 ¼ x 5 Arithmetic paper, “What I like about _____ & My Favorite Subjects are _____” in your child’s handwriting.
D Back: 8 ½ x 6 Test Sheet paper, 1 ½ x 6 Port paper, 5 x 5 photo
E Front: 12 x 6 Home Room paper, 2 x 6 Port paper, 2” circle from Elementary circle, chipboard circle, “teacher” chipboard, 4 ½ x 7 photo
E Back: 12 x 6 Arithmetic paper
Instructions:
1. Spray paint chipboard with red spray paint. Let dry. Sand edges
2. Trace chipboard on back of paper, cut out with scissors or Xacto knife.
3. Adhere to album with liquid glue or mod podge.
4. Sand Edges & Embellish as desired.
