HELPER, Utah (ABC 4 News) - According to a probable cause statement, a former Helper Junior High School teacher accused of having sex with a 15-year-old student, paid him after their sexual encounters.
Police say Melissa Andreini had sex with the teenager several times at her home in Helper starting last school year.
Officers booked Andreini into jail. But released her after she posted $10,000 bail.
Her first appearance in court is scheduled for September.
