SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) - It's been an around the clock operation since Thursday for the Utah Department of Transportation. The UDOT team based in Parley's Canyon has the difficult job of keeping the pass clear, which means in these heavy storms, they're going over the same stretch of road time and time again.
