Cream Puffs

¼ lb. butter
1 cup water
½ tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 cup flour
4 eggs, unbeaten

In saucepan heat butter with water to boil and add sugar and salt. Turn heat low and add flour and stir vigorously until mixture leaves sides of pan. Remove from heat and add eggs, one at a time, beating with spoon until smooth after each addition. Beat until mixture has satinlike sheen. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes rack in middle of oven.

Filling

½ pt. heavy cream
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
¾ cup milk

Beat cream until stiff. Add other ingredients and beat until smooth. Slit cream puffs in half and fill. Put chocolate frosting on top.
