SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4 News) – A business owner hopes this latest investment will result in a pay off.

Amman Wiese who owns LearnKey a video software company has been burglarized three times.

But he hopes this latest burglary on Sunday afternoon will be the last.

It was caught on video tape from a surveillance camera he had installed recently.

"He came, walked around the backside of the building,” said Wiese.

At first the video showed the suspect, a white male, trying doors and windows to get in. But then returns with a ladder before picking up a metal pipe and throws it into a window.

"You see him come into the view of the camera and throws it (metal pipe) into the window,” Wiese said.

And the suspect enters through the window. Seven minutes later he walks out with a handful of stolen items.

“It looks like he comes out with a couple of power tools at that time,” Wiese said.

A few doors down, the owner Rumor installed a ten thousand dollar steel door to keep the same burglar out.

Rumor has been broken into twice.

So everything inside is locked up with cable.

"You put your hard earned money into improving the neighborhood and have a nice place for a business and to be violated is a frustrating situation," said Shawn O’Toole who runs the business.

Wiese makes video software for companies. He's invested thousands of dollars in studio cameras and laptops only to have them stolen.

Hopefully he hoped this latest investment of surveillance cameras will bring a payoff.

"We have a great image,” he said. “Our hope is putting this out there that someone will recognize this individual.”

Wiese has offered a one thousand reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction.

If anyone has information contact the Salt Lake City police.
