BOUNTIFUL, Utah (ABC 4 News) - It's down to the wire for a former Bountiful Junior High teacher. A district court judge says, “If she can't work out a plea deal soon, she's facing trial.”
46-year-old Linda Nef is accused of having a sexual affair with her student, who was 13-years old at the time. Another teacher is also accused of the same thing with the same boy.
At a pretrial conference on Tuesday attorneys told ABC 4 they haven't made any final decisions.
Nef is scheduled to be back in court on June 16th.
