Arrest made in West Wendover teen's murder

WEST WENDOVER, Nev. (ABC 4 News) - School officials in West Wendover confirmed to ABC 4 News that an arrest has been made in connection with the death of Micaela Costanzo.
West Wendover High School Vice-principal Craig Kyllonen said that a suspect in the death of Micaela Costanzo was taken into custody at 2 a.m. Monday.
Kyllonen said the suspect is a male student who is a senior at West Wendover High School.
Elko County officials later confirmed that 18-year-old Kody Cree Patten was arrested after a cooperative investigation between the West Wendover Police Department, the Elko County Sheriff’s Office and The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
Patten was named a suspect in the murder of 16-year-old Micaela Costanzo.
Kody Patten is from West Wendover has been arrested and booked into the Elko County Jail on murder charges without bail.
Costanzo's body was found Saturday in a shallow grave after she was reported missing on Friday.
Costanzo had last been seen leaving the school Thursday evening.
