ALPINE, Utah (ABC 4 News) - The Loan Peak Police Department lifted all evacuations in Alpine Thursday afternoon.

The only blockade in place as of 5:30 p.m. is at the corner of Box Elder and Grover Drives.

Officials will only allow homeowners with a valid identification to pass to prevent looting.

The Quail Fire is officially 10 percent contained and has burned 1993 acres, according to Quail Fire PIO, James Stone.

Helicopters continue dumping water on hot spots as of Thursday afternoon

ABC 4 is talking with Paul Reay during a live report at 6:00 p.m. to ask him about seeing his home and neighborhood for the first time since the fire started.
