7-11 employee robbed at gun point

HOLLADAY, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Early Wednesday morning a 7-11 employee was approached by a masked man with a gun and robbed.
Unified Police tell ABC4 News, the employee was taking garbage out to the dumpster on the east side of the store at 4400 South 2100 East in Holladay. The masked man had a gun and demanded money. The employee did as he was told and the armed man ran away.

There have been 25 robberies in the Salt Lake Valley over the past week. Police tell ABC4, these incidents do not appear to be related.
