2 arrested after low speed chase in West Point

West Point, Utah (ABC 4 News)- Two men were taken into custody after leading police on a chase which ended with one car on its roof. 

The chase began with police suspecting the two of possessing stolen goods in the town of Syracuse.  The two were spotted at a Walmart shoplifting.  The two ran from police when confronted.  Police later located the Stolen PT Cruiser on 300 north in west point. 

Police chased the two until the driver lost control around 4000 west and 300 north in West Point.  The car flipped over and the driver was ejected.  He was flown to a local hospital in critical condition.  The passenger was transported to another hospital in serious condition.
