Description: She's obviously someone's pet. She was wandering on 1300 East and 10400 South (near the Smith's). She was walking up to anyone and everyone and screaming for someone to pay attention to her. She is incredibly affectionate and is litterbox trained which leads me to believe she is (at least sometimes) an indoor kitty. I was scared to leave her there since it's such a busy street. She acted like it had been a while since her last meal. Poor thing.
