OGDEN, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Skiers who enjoy the slopes near Ogden will be able to get there a little easier, thanks to a new agreement with the Utah Transit Authority.
UTA entered into a new agreement to offer seasonal ski service to the Greater Ogden area ski resorts.
Daily service to Snowbasin and Powder Mountain is scheduled to begin Saturday, December 15.
The day before, December 14, has been labeled as a free ride day to welcome skiers.
The groups involved say the partnership has been in the works for some time and is a great opportunity to escape winter driving conditions and save on gas money.
