Dear ABC4Utah Cedar City is in southWEST Utah, not southEAST. The eclipse will be visible from the entire state, but only the southWESTern corner will see the perfect "ring of fire" around 720 to 730 pm Sunday, according to clarkplanetarium.org. Others will see a crescent shaped eclipse, or an offcenter ring that appears only briefly. Still worth checking out, but not as special.
