Okay Namdar so first you admit that you are an eye witness of events, you haven't come forward to police so you are helping protect whoever did this and on top of that you are making up lies to justify the attack?? Good thing we can find out who you are on here so we know who to hold responsible. Further more, even if Jake did anything like what you were saying I am suprised that is what you want to focus attention on rather than finding who almost killed him. I highly doubt Jake would ever sneak shots of girls he doesn't know while he is out... but if he did, you think someone taking pictures of girls at a club is worth more attention than finding out how who the attacker is?? Whatever reasons this person thinks he had for smashing a glass into Jake's temple are rediculous. I know Jake and he treats women with respect. He has a few pictures from that night and none of them were of the girls in question... otherwise he would be able to use those pictures to identify the girls and find out who did it you freaking idiot!

I was there that night and saw everything that happened. I was talking to the girls mentioned in the article moments before the incident. Jake creeped behind then and was taking pictures of their behinds when the girls noticed and said something to him. He brushed it off and walked away. A couple minutes later the incident happened and I am not sure if it was related to him taking the pictures or not nor do I know the "attacker". But Jake is not as innocent as he is trying to come off. He was being inappropriate and his behavior was not acceptable. Did it warrant what happened? I'm not sure. But hopefully some sense was knocked into him. Also the bar tenders did not escort anyone out.

I can't believe anyone would try to justify the violence against Jake.

I think anyone who defends the actions of this violent person is either the attacker himself or someone who knows the attacker and is trying to protect him. To make unfounded claims like Brad Waggner is making on a public news forum is slanderous and kind of like kicking someone while he is already down. User Brad Waggner's words are damaging an already suffering man and this user should be prosecuted for slandering. Furthermore, there were witnesses there that night that saw the whole event and can confirm that Jake never knew the man who attacked him and that the interaction was precisely as Jake has stated. Jake has never been known to be violent or hurtful towards anyone. The only way this attack could have been provoked in any way is if an enemy of Jake (like user Brad Waggner) put the attacker up to the assault, in which case User Brad Waggner (if that's the users real name which I'm sure its not) or someone like him is an accomplice and should suffer for what happened. The other possibility is that the attacker was annoyed by Jake or offended that Jake wasn't going to hit on the girls with him and he reacted after trying to stare him down. Either way, to claim these negative things about Jake while he is suffering shows the kind of person you are User Brad Waggner!

This is so upsetting! I was a bartender for 30 years and never saw anyone break a glass on someones head. I hope they catch the guy!
