Woman killed after being hit by SUV

TAYLORSVILLE, UT (ABC4 News) - A woman is dead after being hit by an SUV in Taylorsville late Thursday night.
Police say the women stepped off the curb in an area without a cross walk and not a lot of lights. The driver of the SUV says he didn't see her until it was too late.
She was transported to a nearby hospital, but later died of her injuries. No charges have been filed. Police are investigating.
