The Church has always been neutral in the political arena. When it comes to social issues that destroy the family and individuals, every church has the right to express an opinion. But will the Church leaders tell Mitt what to do? No,it won't happen.

Want to add what a hypocrite Biden is. He says he practices his Catholic faith in private but in the political arena, he doesn't agree with their social policies-- he wants to help people? Really!! I beg to differ!! Put your money where your mouth is Biden! Biden only gave $3,000 and something to charity. He is a millionaire!! My husband and I gave over 3 times that amount and we don't make very much!! Romney gave 4 million to charity. He only claimed the tax deduction for 2 million!! Who is the good man here?!! Who puts their money where their mouth is and really cares and helps people!! Romney that's who!!

Wake up people! Like believing a disaffected ex-Mormon (Michael Quinn) is a good source to listen to. Romney is a GOOD man! The Church will NOT have to interfere with his (hope so and pray for) presidency!!

Does the LDS Church try to influence Harry Reid? No. Neither will they interfere with Mitt Romney.

They remain neutral? Give me a break... They had closed door meetings with the Republicans here about the state liquor laws the last I heard. And how were they neutral in regards to Prop 8?
