SANDY, Utah (ABC 4 News) - A man who police say exposed himself to a 7-year-old female at a Walmart has been arrested.
Sandy Police say Steven Powell, 57, was arrested Sept. 27, after the Salt Lake District Attorney's Office issues a warrant for his arrest.
The incident occurred in Sandy at the Walmart located at 9151 Quarry Stone Way on Aug. 23. Police say several leads, as well as help from the media's audience led to the identification and arrest.
Powell has been charged with lewdness by a registered sex offender involving a child, which is a third degree felony.
