SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) - A West Point man faces 14 separate charges stemming from an investigation into allegations of inappropriate conduct with teen girls.
Court records show that 39-Year-old David Thor Oliver was arrested and booked into the Weber County Jail on Friday.
Oliver was charged with nine 2nd Degree Felony Exploitation of a Minor offenses, 3 misdemeanor Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor offenses, and 2 misdemeanor Sexual Battery offenses.
According to court documents, Oliver is accused of requesting and receiving nine nude images of 3 minor females between June and November 2011.
Davis County investigators also allege that Oliver provided alcohol and cigarettes to the same victims.
Police say detectives received a report from Child Protective Services that Mr. Oliver provided alcohol and tobacco to juveniles.
Court documents also show that Oliver is accused of molesting another girl.
After Davis County Detectives conducted interviews of the girls, they discovered that they were sending Mr. Oliver nude photographs of themselves upon his request.
Investigators served a search warrant on Oliver's home and were able to uncover images of sexual abuse of children.
Police say Oliver has refused to cooperate with investigators, who are requesting any other potential victims in the area to please contact detectives at the Davis County Sheriff's Office at 801-451-4150.
Oliver was scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
