SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News)- Police say a suspect was caught after he was captured on surveillance video breaking into a Sugar House bike shop.

Due to a tip from the public, police say detectives arrested 42-year-old Sean Olsen on suspicion of one charge of burglary and one charge of theft - a third-degree felony and a Class B misdemeanor, respectively.

Police released surveillance video from the burglary of a business in Sugar House, an area where multiple businesses have reported break-ins since early October. A member of the public recognized the suspect and contacted the Police Department, leading to Olsen's arrest.

Detectives continue to investigate Olsen's ties to other business burglaries in the area. Anyone with information about these cases was asked to call (801) 799-3000.
