JUAB COUNTY, Utah (ABC 4 News) - The two victims in a Juab County plane crash Thursday night have been identified.

According to the Juab County Police, Robert Lamb, 45, of Woodland Hills and Peter Mrowiec, 58, of Ontario, Canada, died in a crash that early reports are indicating was caused by unexpected weather.

Officials say that Mrowiec was in town purchasing a place, and had hired Lamb as an instructor. While the two were in flight, a storm came through with high wind speeds.

The Federal Aviation Association is on scene investigating the cause of the crash Friday. Stay tuned to ABC 4 News and abc4.com as this story develops.
