SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) - Michelle Money has largely become this season's villainess on Bachelor 15. Michelle is not allowed to talk about The Bachelor, but she says she is doing her best to stay positive as the drama unfolds. For her, that translates to not watching the show, and not reading the gossip columns. Instead she is focused on the premier of her first starring role in Midway to Heaven which is slated for release on February 4th.
"There's always going to be people that have something negative to say. there's always going to be someone who starts some rumor and you know you just can't win them all." She describes herself as an easy target. "I am definitely assertive, like I am who I am."
Michelle says who she really is; is a single mom, who adores her five year old daughter, and hopes to find Mr. right, and settle down. "I am definitely a family girl. In the big scheme of things, what I really want is a family. That’s all that matters." She also hopes to raise a daughter who knows what matters. One who is strong, and faithful. "More than anything, I want my daughter to grow up knowing she is a daughter of god, that she is beautiful inside and outside, and that she can do anything she puts her mind to.
Michelle says her own life has not been without challenges. "It’s been an interesting last few years for me." She says she has made a few mistakes along the way. "I don't have any regrets in my life. I’ve made bad choices, we all do, but I have learned from them."
She says she has learned that others, especially young women, also struggle with challenges... she would like to reach out to them, even start a program to install confidence. "You know it's a really hard world we live in right now." Michelle hopes to make it just a little better. "Loving and giving back, and loving, that's what it's all about. End of story."
