They are going to target sugary beverages and snacks with a tax to deter some with the cost. Then only those that get food stamps will be able to afford them, heck they are free for them.

HOW do they plan to do this? Give me a stipend for fruits & Veggies...pay my gym membership? I don't understand . How do you legislate weight loss? Can you provide a link to the resolution?
