Buyer beware. Do we really need another law for this? Just because YOUR A MORON does not mean we need a new law to protect us. I swear these are the people running the state. Can't follow directions, I expect better from my teenager. Maybe if we stop calling them lawmakers they will stop writing so many laws. Laws are restrictions of our freedom. Even if it's our freedom to error. So rather than take responsibility for his mistake he will make a law.

Kind of like forgetting to turn off our lawn sprinklers then complaining about the high water bill.

Just further proof that people don't read signs, otherwise we wouldn't push on doors with signs that say "pull." Like legislators (Congress in particular), who pass entire bills they never read, knowing those laws won't adversely affect them. But perhaps car wash owners might argue that any overcharges are simply a fee for failing to read and follow their signs. Governments are increasingly using "fees" as yet another way to impose taxes, hoping we'll never notice. The possibilities seem endless, indeed.
