Utah appeals court rules against Medicaid office

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - The Utah Court of Appeals says the state health department's Medicaid office abused its discretion when it failed to pay for electronic speech devices for some adults.

And by "the state," of course, the court was referring to one or more overblown government bureaucrats whose chosen field of employment renders then the servants of the people, not their masters. It's about time they were reminded of that fact. Good decision.
