This is the same rhetoric Herbert has used many times before. It's always business and education and nothing else. There are more issues that need to be addressed. Life isn't all happy happy nicey nicey and things don't all work out by themselves. What about Utahs hard drug problem? What about low cost housing? What about rent going up with no end in sight? The list goes on and on. Herbert doesn't seem to care about anything but making money. If younger people think that life is all about making money they're in for a rude awakening.
