BillyBob likes to make fun of this situation, but the fact is, I as a taxpayer have the right to not get my tax dollars wasted on people lying, and misrepresenting numbers simply because someone has a sob story. Bad things happen, but I shouldn't have to pay your bill. The fact it's gone on for so long merits terminations of anyone that allowed this to happen.
