Up to seven hospitalized after Southern Utah crash

WASHINGTON, Utah (ABC 4 News) - A five car crash on I-15 at milepost 15 just outside of St. George sent up to seven people to the hospital Saturday morning.

At approximately 9 a.m. a Ford F-150 crossed through the median into northbound traffic. The Ford was broadsided by a Chevy Silverado. The female driver of the Ford was ejected from the vehicle, said Cpl. Todd Johnson with the Utah Highway Patrol.

Three other vehicles were involved in the crash, said Johnson.

He said the driver of the Ford was transported by helicopter to a St. George area hospital, and six others were transported by ground to the hospital.
