Two women identified after they were killed in Tooele County crash

TOOELE COUNTY, (ABC4 News) - Utah Highway Patrol has confirmed Slaone F Ackman and Trista S Ackman of salt lake city have died as a result of a motor vehicle accident in tooele county.
The accident happened in front of the Chevron station on SR-36.
The accident involved a head on collision by two vehicles.
According to UHP, a third vehicle was involved and fled the scene.
Police do not have a description of that vehicle.
Anyone with any information regarding the vehicle that fled the scene was asked to call the UHP or local law enforcement
