SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) - Attention Trader Joe's fans.
It's now looks like the popular grocery store may open its first Utah store in mid-November.
The soon-to-be store (634 east 400 South) has been torn apart and is quickly being put back together.
While the Trader Joe's website doesn't show an opening date for the Salt Lake store yet, we did find a useful nugget of information on Facebook.
On Facebook’s “Trader Joe’s should go the distance…Salt Lake City” page, one TJ fan claims the company told
him it will open here on November 16th.
This is only some 50 or so shopping days away.
There’s also one other thing we noticed on Facebook.
Some people are so excited about the store, they're actually stopping by the construction site to check on
its progress and posting photos.
Now, I did email Trader Joe's to see if I could get an official opening date.
But, so far, “Joe” hasn't emailed me back.
