Three shot, one dead in Salt Lake City neighborhood

SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) - One person is dead and two others were injured from a shooting Saturday night in Salt Lake City.
One man was shot in the head, the other in the chest.
The shooter is described as a Hispanic male in his 20's who lives in the area.
Witnesses described the shooter as "off his rocker." They also told ABC 4 that he appeared to be drunk and high.
The shooting took place at 430 N. 740 W. in Salt Lake City.
