SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) - It all started when Zach Bonner was 6-years-old. With a little red wagon at his side, he set out on a mission to bring a smile to those who needed a little pick-me-up. He may seem like any other high school freshman, but he's kind of a big deal.

"We're developing a youth resource center, just where kids can come in, and get something to eat, wash their clothes, use computers and basic services like that," says Zach.
The Tampa teen is visiting the beehive state, for one very big premier. Zach is the subject of a new movie set to open in South Jordan Friday, before making its national debut next week.

"It's just really exciting for us to finally get it out so people can see it," says Zach.

Little Red Wagon is not about a super star, but about how a young boy can make a huge difference. When Zach was 6, he grabbed his red wagon and began collecting toys for those afffected by Hurricane Charley.

"We had to show these kids that we care about them. Not just as a statistic, but as a kid," Zach says.

Zach didn't stop there. For the past 11 years--his wagon at his side--Zach continued collecting toys. To date, the Florida boy has given away over 6,000 backpacks full of food, personal hygience kits, and always a toy.

"Whenver I start to wonder if what I'm doing is really making any difference, or whether it's really worth it, I hear one of these kids stories, and meet them, and it reminds me why I'm doing what I'm doing, " explains Zach.

He says this is just the beginning of something much bigger. He hopes the movie will inspire, showing that no matter how small a person is, a big heart can make a big difference.
