SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) - Utah Transit Authority announced that the new TRAX line connecting downtown Salt Lake City the Salt Lake International Airport will open in April 2013.
UTA officials say the 6-mile line will open for service on Sunday, April 14, 2013.
According to UTA, construction is nearing completion and initial testing of the new line will begin as early as the end of October.
