KANE COUNTY (ABC 4 News) - A man who pleaded guilty to murder, aggravated assault, and burglary will soon learn how much time he'll spend behind bars.
Scott Curley changed his plea in September.
Curley shot and killed Kane County deputy Brian Harris back in 2010, near Fredonia, Arizona.
A judge will decide Curley's sentence by the end of the week.
