Kearns, Utah (ABC 4 News)- School officials made the determination to place Western Hills Elementary school on a soft lockdown as swat teams move in to a neighboring home.

According to other sources, this situation was resolved peacefully earlier today, some three hours after it began. Didn't ABC 4 get the word?
