School bus crashes in Spanish Fork

SPANISH FORK, Utah (ABC 4 News) - A school bus from the Alpine School District was involved in a crash during a field trip in Spanish Fork on Wednesday morning.
Police say the crash happened on U.S. Highway 6 when the bus hit a Jeep stopped at a red light.
According to police, the driver of the jeep was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.
None of the kids on the bus were injured in the crash, but the bus sustained heavy damage to its front end.
