Saratoga Springs fundraiser scheduled for flood relief

SARATOGA SPRINGS, Utah (ABC 4 News) - The citizens of Saratoga Springs are coming together to help those that were impacted by the flood that occurred September 1st.

Twelve homes were damaged, leaving the owners facing substantial cleanup.

Tonight local resident Kara Martin and the Saratoga Springs Civic Events team will host a fundraiser at Neptune Park (452 W. 400 N) from 6:30-9:30 p.m.

The event is being held in effort to help the affected homeowners diffuse some costs of repairs. It will include live music by local musicians, food, a bake sale, and silent auction.

Mayor Mia Love invites and encourages all to come to the fundraiser. All proceeds from go to the residents affected by the flood.
