SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) – The Salt Lake City Police Department locates a woman they believe to be a key witness in the murder of 16-year-old Kenyatta Winston.

At 7:30 August 29th officers responded to the vacant lot at 1120 E. Crandall Avenue in Sugarhouse. There they found the body of Winston who appeared to be shot to death.
