ROY, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Students at Roy High School are readjusting to campus life following a thwarted bomb threat that was allegedly planned by two members of their student body.

Roy High students Dallin Morgan, 18 and Joshua Hoggan, 16, were taken into custody on Wednesday after school officials discovered a plot to use explosives during a school assembly.

School administrators say the teens used maps of the school and information about security systems.  Plans for an escape were also detailed, and included evidence that the boys were planning to steal a plane from the Ogden Hinckley Airport, after setting off the bombs.  Roy Police Chief Greg Whinham says one of the teenagers had spent hundreds of hours using a flight simulator video on his home computer.

Despite the questions students have, they are going forward with their studies and campus life.  "I feel we need to move on and have a great year.  We need to remember it, but forget it, and move on and be happy because we are a great school," says Roy High student body president Brittani Strickland.

Strickland knows both Morgan and Hoggan.  She was surprised to hear of their alleged involvement in the plot.  "You would have never thought it would be these two.  They were so amazing and so positive."

School officials say attendance has been normal in the two days following the discovery of the plot.

The alleged bombing was supposed to take place during a school assembly known as the "Mr. Royal" competition, but the school has now moved that assembly to next Friday.
