Rain and snow soaked commute creates crashes

Salt Lake City, Utah (ABC 4 News)- Rain, snow and bad driving are to blame for a slow commute into Salt Lake this morning.
The Utah Highway Patrol had their hands full with property damage crashes, the biggest being a tractor trailer which overturned near 2100 south and interstate fifteen northbound just before 6am.
Weather was a major cause of crashes up and down the I-15 cooridor this morning. Snow hit higher elevation roadways and rain soaked roads causing standing water in some areas.
