Provo arrests multiple teens on graffiti charges

Provo, Utah (ABC 4 News)- The Provo police department is telling ABC 4 that they have the teens who are responsible for up to 40 acts of vandalism in custody.
The police claim the three juveniles defaced trees walls and the Fort Utah memorial with gang related graffiti along the provo river trial.
The three face upwards of 40 counts of vandalism for the graffiti.
